"social networks don't bring us closer together as we now talk through computers rather than to each other"

in some ways i agree with this statement but in most ways i disagree

i agree in some ways because most people aren't very active or go out because there is no need since its easier to talk over the phone this is bad for your health though so i don't think its right we should all go out and talk to people in person.

however i have a lot of family and friends i don't see because they live to far away this is when the internet becomes very useful. i can now stay in contact with them and ring\message whenever i want.
