I believe I use my internet wisely because I balance it with real life during the weekdays however my table was the websites I used that weekend and at weekends I think I do over use it. I only spend short times on social media but check it often but apps like YouTube and Netflix I use a lot which is bad. Im usually board when I check apps so to be honest it doesn’t effect my social life. I enjoy using the internet it helps me keep in touch with my friends and family that don’t live close.
