Media producers could target all genders rather than just one. Even a movie most women like to watch fast and furious but there is only one female protagonist they could change that.
It is like when people say you are born racist when I fact you adapt to it and society it’s like with gender society tells you what gender you are and how to act.
patriarchal society is a society where men have all authority. I don’t think I live in a patriarchal society because Teressa May is a well known person who is apart of authority.

• Women are only nominated for being wives
• 16% of women have been nominated for playing wives
•Only 2% of men who have played husbands have been nominated
•The wage gap
•More recognisable women have been nominated
I think that because of the stereotype that women don’t play video games that most people would rather play as a male character. Also most people would think that women are weak and males have all the strength

gender representation task four

i dont agree with judith butler because you can choose what you would like to do.

evidence to back up judith butlers opinion is stereotypes such as blue for boys and pink for girls.

gender representation task three

Patriarchy is a social system in which men hold primary power and predominate in roles of political leadership, moral authority, social privilege and control of property. Some patriarchal societies are also patrilineal, meaning that property and title are inherited by the male lineage. I think we live in one but not to the full extent. In some cases men are more powerful but there is times where women are in power

gender representation task two

•the wage gap
•16% of the women who had been winners for best female actor had been the role of wives
•large gap between the genders of oscar winners
•2% of men that won oscars had a role of a husband
•attractive women tend to win more than less attractive women
